Legal Question in Family Law in California

Sole custody

My daughters dad has not made any attempts to see our daughter. We have a court order with specific visitation days. I found out he is out of the military and is in jail for 4 DUI's, evading arrest, and driving with a suspended license. We have joint custody, I have sole physical custody. I want to modify our exisitng order and get full sole custody of our daughter. Is this possile?

Re: Sole custody

It is not only possible it is highly probable. It should be a simple case and my fees on this case would be $1250 for filing the motion. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
