Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have sole physical custody of my daughter, and her father is trying to enforce a 3 yr old court order for visitation. I need to know, as the parent with sole physical custoday do i have the right to determine where the visitation takes place? The court just orders certain days and times, nothing else. He has been verbally abusive to my daughter and she does not want to be alone with him. what are my rights to keep him from taking her and causing her more emotional damage?

Unless the order puts limits on the visitation, he controls where. If you want limitations, you need to seek a modification of the order.
