sole and physical custody

can a judge order me to stay in the state im in now when i have sole and legal custody of my children?

You have a constitutional right to move to any state that you wish. However, the judge can order that you not remove the child from the state of your current residence. If you wish to move, contact an attorney who handles child custody move away cases. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
