my son doesnt have custody of his three children. he is divorced .his ex wife hasnt let him see his children in months. is it illegal if he picks up his kids during the day while his ex wife is at work. the children stay home alone. their ages are 12 8 and 7. does he have any right to see his children? he speaks to them by phone everyday,
