Legal Question in Family Law in California
my ex took my son feb17 and is in hiding. We share a lease together. last year he sent me an email satting he wanted me to have his emails and passwords.... i found out hes on craigslist personals i made up a fake email and have been talking to him he admits to doing drugs,and states he will get drunk with me at his place when his sons asleep, he sent me naked pictures my question is can i take this information to court also can i take off emails from his accounts or is it illegal even though i have permission to be there?

If your ex took your child and is in hiding then that would probably be your number one concern. You should actively pursue locating them and speak to the police about a possible "kidnapping" since your ex does not have a right to hide the location of your child. You should then speak to an attorney about possibly filing paperwork to try and bring back the child to where you formerly lived, otherwise if they get very established where they are located, it will be difficult for you to try and litigate that matter wherever she is currently located.
