Legal Question in Family Law in California

My son has lived with me for 15 years. Now dad wants him to move in with him since support amount increased. he does not have a room for him. Is it legal for a 15 year old to share a room with his 21 year old sister? or can I dispute him moving in with dad until there is a room available for him?

It is not illegal for them to share rooms, but why would the court grant him custody after 15 years? The increase in how much the ex-husband pays is not a reason for the change in custody. The court takes int account the wishes of the child and what changed circumstances exist and who can best take care of the minor. If you do not oppose the change in custody the court will probably go along with it.
