Legal Question in Family Law in California
my son is now in placement through the Juvenile Courts...it's temporary and he can come home on the weekends..my ex husband refuses to continue to pay his court ordered child support to me saying he no longer has to because my son is now in foster care..is he correct?

No. Not unless and until he goes in and gets the support order modified.
