Legal Question in Family Law in California

son viiting mom

my son visits his mother his mother moved to a smaller place she chose to get so she can save money for herself .son has no bedroom or bed to sleep in or on. isn't there something wrong with this? can i do something legal about this?

yes. you can file a motion for modification of custody based on changed circumstances.
