Legal Question in Family Law in California

Might have a son after 8yrs

I'm married for 7 yrs have 3 kids and a home and a buisness that i just barely opened. So this new child is questionable to me so i asked for paternity cause if its is i want to make up for lost time by getting 50% custody. I asked for it and she denied and just says its mine, no she is going to file child support which i'm 100% cooperative, but i'm afraid that she only wants financial help & will deny me visitation. should i wait for the childsupport to go through to fight for custody if it is mine or should a demand a court order dna test? how will affect my current family's income.

Your question as phrased does not make sense to me. Who is the mother of the new child? How is the child and other information regarding your relationship to the mother and child.
