Legal Question in Family Law in California

Can my son's father, be given full custody and taken away from me?

In the last six mo. i lost my job, apartment, and car. When this happened i asked my son's father for help i asked him to take care of his son while i got things together. In that short time 4wks,he went to court to try and get full custody of him.We just went to mediation and the mediator, was not impartial,he ?'d me on why i think i should have my son, and that i was lying about why i got fired,''excessive absenses, and i told him i took anti-depressents,i just fealt as though i was on trial and accusations were being made.Mediator report came back that he reccommends that my son live with his father, and i get 14%not even overnights, all this because, he says my mental health is questionable, its never been questioned in the past.I have been through alot and my son resides with me again and i have for his five yrs of life had majority custody,in fact judge did a final judicial and only gave him one day a week.We recently changed it 2mo.ago.He has 42% and i 58% joint legal and me with physical custody.I have never did antything that wasnt in my sons best interest,i even took a drug test willingly to prove i wasnt using any, came out neg.I am a little worried because he has a lawyer and i dont,i dont wanna lose my son it will destroyhim

Unfortunately the mediation report is given a lot of weight. Beg, borrow or steal to get a deposit for an attorney. I will work with you regarding fees. Call me directly at 16192223504.

Your "question" is more along the lines of a statement of facts, since you did not really ask anything. If you would like a free consultation, contact us directly and we can move forward from there legally.
