Legal Question in Family Law in California

My sons father and I came to a stipulation regarding support and custody last April, and we are scheduled for a Case Management Conference coming up here soon. We are residents of SAn DIego, CA. Since the stipulation, my sons father has dissapeared, with out a phone call. He has not withheld his 13% visitation, and has not payed any support, when we agreed on 300 a mo. These are court orders since we came to a stipulation. His lawyer just dropped him, because he is not paying her either. I know he is living just 5 miles from us and working full time. What kind of repercussions will he face when we see the judge a the CMC? If he does not appear what action will be taken?

Once the judge issues a child support order, you can take it to your local county Department of Child Support Services office and they will help you attach his wages.

Advise the court at your next conference date and set the matter for trial on any unresolved issues.
