in california when someone is ordered spoucil support in a temporary order, when the permanent order is made will it be for less than the temporary order was for?

It is often reduced, however, the spousal support is determined based upon the need of the supported spouse and the ability of the supporting spouse to pay support. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
