spousal eviction and restraining order

can a husband evict his wife and get a restraining order for no reason. actually the reason is she won't have sex with him.

One spouse may remove the other from the family home only by obtaining a court order. No judge I am aware of would even consider such an order because the wife refused to have sex with the husband. However, the court may will issue a restraining order against the husband.
