Legal Question in Family Law in California

how is spousal support calculated ?we are ending a 14 yr marriage. I (the unemployed wife) have been a stay at home parent of 2 children.I have not finished high school ,my husband controls all money issues. he makes apx 100,000 $ @year.

There is a formula based upon incomes of spouses, length of marriage, and need, etc. Consult an attorney because unlike child support there is discretion by the judge.
