spousal support
my ex took me to court in oct.2006 and had my support stopped because of unemployment.it is now may2007 i have a court date in june to take him back to court to find out why he is still unemployed.his lawyer sent a letter stating if i proceed with this he is going to ask the judge i pay his fees in fighting this case.he has sent documentation showing he is seeking employment but its been 6 months and he's still not working and im broke.is there anything i can do?my lawyer is a whimp!

If you don't trust your lawyers advice, get another lawyer. The most important duty we have is to give our clients good advice, the second is representing them in court. If you don't trust his opinion, get a second opinion. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
