Legal Question in Family Law in California

spousal support /divorce question

i have been married 2 years separated one so our third anniversary is thins month.we have no children no shared property and no debt really.she filed divorce papers and it is checked where it says spousal support payable to petioner earnings assignment will be issuded .she is on disabilty and i barely make 1400 a month.does this mean she is asking for support and if so what are her chances of getting it?

She is asking for support and I do not know what her chances are of getting it. I would guess that she would be awarded spousal support for one-half the duration of the marriage (for one year), which is the presumption under the law if there are no other criteria for the court to base its decision on.
