spousal support

How can I have my ex's wages attached to get spousal support that is court ordered. I currently receive child support through Child Support Svs. they attach his wages cause he was not paying. But my son turns 18 this month and they will no longer collect for me after that.

If you have a spousal support order, you should seek the help of an attorney get a wage assignment or other remedies available to a creditor.
