Spousal support

My ex. has giving me custody of our 2 boys and moved in with her boy friend,I have went back to the courts and had the original judgement modified for the leagel custody,I do not recieve any support from her, but I still am having to pay her spousal support via wage assignment,what are the chances that I can have the spousal support removed?

If she is living with her boyfriend, there is a good chance that spousal support will be suspended or permanently terminated. You might want to take some time for her to establish a long term pattern with her boyfriend. Often in these cases, the day after she gets served she suddenly breaks up with her boyfriend.
