Spousal Support

Good Afternoon,

I pay spousal support to my wife, we are currently awaiting the Divrce Dissmisal. i pay her $1000 every month, she is currently pregnant from her current partner, do you know if there is any way around that?

Your question is not clear. I'll make some assumptions and let you know: Spousal support is modifiable by the court, it appears circumstances have certainly changed, she will have greater needs with the new child, but she presumably has a new person to help support her. These are all just factors that go into the spousal support determination. You need to get her agreement or go back to court.
