spousal support

my husband and i divorced after 30yrs of marrage,weve been divorced for approx. 20 yrs. we did not go thru an attourny at his request,he said he would take care of me for the rest of my life. nothing in writing,now im living hand to mouth hes living in a2 mil.dollar home at the beach and threatens to cut me off. i want to know if at this time i can start legal preceedings to sue him and get some spousal support in writing

You can probably get something from him, however, you need to talk to an attorney, it has not worked out well for you without an attorney. Take a copy of your judgment to an attorney and get a consultation. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
