Legal Question in Family Law in California

spousal support for life

After 22 years we divorced in 1985. She negotiated $350. mon. spousal support for life. I plan to retire next year at age 57 with income only from my current wife about $35K yr. My ex-wife worked before during and after divorce. I don't know how much she earns or even where she works but can guess at about $24K. yr. what is my chance of having support reduced to 0?

It depends whether or not the court retained jurisdiction over support.
