Legal Question in Family Law in California

Spousal Support

I was married 20 years, and got divorced 9 years ago and still pay spousal support. How much longer do I need to pay (in california), and or how do I get it terminated? She is a professional making a good income.

Re: Spousal Support

You can ask the court to modify your current spousal support. You should have an attorney review your final divorce judgment.

Good Luck!
