Legal Question in Family Law in California

Spousal Support

My spousal support cannot be modified until 2008 (after 6 years). Ex-husband will take me to court at that time to try to end spousal support. Ex-husband makes 10,000 per month - I make 1,000 with no degree or trade. I I have full custody of our children. I will be going to college in 2005. Since our marriage was ''long term'' (12 years), will he allow my Spousal Support to continue at the current amount if I'm in school? Will he end it? Will he set up a plan to taper it off? What is the ''norm''? Thank you so much for your help.
