spousal support
If I move out of the home without spousal support before our next court date on May 21st, will the judge still award me support? The only way that I can move is with my family helping finacially.Will I have to show proof of that?

Re: spousal support
spousal support is based on his ability to pay and your need. Moving out of the family home should not reduce the amount of support. If spousal abuse either physical or verbal would justify moving out.
