Spousal Support Question
In California, how is Spousal Supportnext time we asked for. Do I have to file a form requesting Spousal Support from my ex-husband or can I just verbally ask the Judge for it next time we go to Family Court?.

You need to file an Order to Show Cause that requests spousal support which puts this issue before the court and file an Income & Expense Declaration. You cannot just verbally do it, this is court, there are many rules.
