spousal support

I currently receive spousal support. Can spousal support be withdrawn if I have my boyfriend move in with me? My ex is trying to stop spousal support, is that possible? and what can I do? The agreement I have with my boyfriend is that if he moves in he will not pay me any money. I pay my bills and he pays his.

If you share living quarters with your boyfriend there is a presumption that there is a decreased need for spousal support. That is because you should be saving money on living expenses.
