Legal Question in Family Law in California

Spousal Support

I want to voluntarily stop receiving spousal support from my ex-husband. The support is garnished from his wages. How do I proceed without an attorney. I know I need to file a form. What is the form and Can I handle this on my own?

Thank you

Re: Spousal Support

You might want to reconsider your position. If you terminate your right to collect spousal support it will be permenant unless the Court retains jurisdiction. I highly recommend getting an attorney for this matter!!
