Legal Question in Family Law in California

spousal support

My wife who has been living with another man for over three years said she is going to file for spousal support. She was receiving spousal support in the beginning of our seperation. When the court found out that she was living with another man, it got denied. Can she file and win at this time? Also my son will be turning 18 years old next month, but is still in high school. Do I still have to continue supporting him while living with his mother and this other man? Is so, will I be able to start making the checks out to him versus his mother? Please give me advise of where to go from here.

Re: spousal support

Child support will be paid to mom. Whether or not she will get spousal support depends upon the facts in your case. Is she still living with the other man?
