Spouse Benefits

My husband is having an affair, comes and go whenever he wants, I have decided to leave him and leave the house. Would I lose what I'm entitled to on the divorce settlement, including alimony?

Moving out of the house generally has little affect on the rights to property or support. You should consult an attorney to review you circumstances and obtain support at the earliest time possible.
