Legal Question in Family Law in California

Me and ex spouse have two children and each of us have custody of one. Im in calif. and he's in ariz. Im employed and he's not. Should he open a child support case on me would I have to pay?

The first question is where your ex would open a case to deal with support. If he is in Arizona with the children, I urge you to talk with an attorney in that state to get legal advice on your options.
