Former spouse won't comply with divorce decree

I have joint custody of my daughter (not primary), but my ex-wife (primary) wants her to live with me full-time. How would I go about seeking compensation from my ex-wife if she refuses to help financially?

File an Order to Show Cause for child support. You might want to change custody and visitation while you're at it, just to make it legal. If you go after child support, she may decide to take your daughter back.
