Legal Question in Family Law in California

My spouse want to file for divorce. He is in prison for Kidnapping(on his daughters minor bf). When he gets out, he wants joint custody. He thinks with him having money, he will get it. He has a prison history and arrested for drugs, nonviolent cimes, and violent serious felonies. He has a strike for the Kidnapping charge. The prison will not allow him any visits or contact with any minors including our 4 yrs old. When he is out on parole, will they also restrict him from contact with minors???? What are the chances of him getting joint custody or unsupervised visits???

You should file and serve a divorce petition on your husband along with a restraining order to stay away from you, your child and your family.
