Legal Question in Family Law in California

My spouse filed a FL-830 Revoking our Summary Dissolution (6 months would have been up on 11/9). Since we are not reconciling and he surely can't be pregnant I can only assume it is for alimony modication (which he has already taken a lump sum payment on) What are my filing options? Do I have to pay ANOTHER fee for a regular divorce?

If you want to get divorced, you will have to file your own petition for dissolution. Yes, that will entail another filing fee. My concern with your post, however, is that you indicate that you have an alimony issue, which disqualifies you for summary dissolution. To qualify for summary dissolution, both of you would have had to agree that neither spouse will ever get spousal support.
