Legal Question in Family Law in California

my spouse hid all the money we had earned jointly and now I have no clue where the money is, we are going thru a divorce and I don't have access to any of the financial statement. What are my option to get my share of my money?

Under California law fiduciary management and control, you have a right to this information. Send a demand letter to him requesting this information to be provided by a certain deadline if you don't receive it, indicate that you'll be returning to court and also launching discovery to get the information and ask for sanctions and attorneys fees.
