New Spouse Income

Does my new spouse need to provide income information for the dissomaster--name removed-- the lawyer said it was needed for tax purposes for child support calculation? is that true?

The attorney is correct. The information is used to calculate your net income or "take home pay". Generally, that places you in a higher tax bracket and therefore is a benefit. Have the lawyer run it both ways. You may be surprised. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
