Legal Question in Family Law in California

my spouse is a pi and has worked for many cities, how do I get a fair trial in court for me and my kids. I want to move to lathrop ca once the divorse is over

Most family law trials are court trials, so there is no jury involved. You will get a fair trial because judges are trained to be non partial. You can always disqualify the judge if you feel the judge is biased against your case.

For self represented individuals you can consult with the family law facilitator self help center at your local court house.
