Legal Question in Family Law in California

My spouse has refused to pay court ordered spousal support for a year and a half now, if I remarry is he still liable for all back support up until the date of my new marriage?

Assuming there was no earlier termination date set forth in your judgment, you are entitled to support until the Date of your remarriage. You should have the existing support orders carefully reviewed by an experienced family law attorney.
