What can you do if your ex spouse refuses to sign the pink slip to a vehicle that was given to you in the divorce?

You have two options. One is to file a request, called an OSC, to have the court find the ex in contempt of the court's order/judgment awarding you the vehicle. The other is there is a procedure for having the court clerk sign on his behalf. I've never had to go that route, so I can't recite the process to you, but if you consult with the Family Law Facilitator or Self Help office in your local court, they can guide you on the process.

It might be a good idea to let you ex know you will be returning to court if you do not get the pinkslip. To avoid the risk of court sanctions, your ex may see the wisdom in cooperating with you. Send a demand letter with a copy of the court order to your ex and set out a deadline in the demand to get the pink slip. This document can be used as an exhibit for the court if you have to file a motion
