Legal Question in Family Law in California

spouse and myself have been seperated for approx. 6 years. her last known where abouts were in florida(i think), that was like four and a half to five years ago. . we have no assets, no debts, no children. is there any way to file and finalize a divorce any sooner than six months?

You must find her to serve her the petition or get an order from the court to serve her by notice of publication after exhausting all reasonable efforts to find her. A divorce in California takes a minimum of 6 months from the date of service.
