Spouse's inherited property

Community funds were used to increase value of spouse's inherited real property. Is the difference in value then community property?

In the situation you describe, it would be commingled property and community would be entitled to a share. Property division is complicated and subject to many different nuances. Please contact an attorney for additional advice.
