Legal Question in Family Law in California

Spouses rights to personal injury settlement.

I am in the process of a divorce & currently receive

workmens comp. There has been no settlement offers

made at this time. Will my spouse be entitled to any

of the proceeds when my case has been settled?

No, it is seperate property
