Legal Question in Family Law in California

Spring Break Question

I have the following clauses in my current court order:

Easter: The first part of Easter school vacation / Spring Break from Friday at 3:00 p.m. to Wednesday at 12 noon - odd years to Father/even years to Mother. The second part of Easter school vacation / Spring Break from Wednesday at 12:00 p.m. to Sunday at 9:00 a.m. - even years to Father/odd years to Mother. Easter Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. with even years to Father and odd years to Mother.

Then the Monday clause:

All Monday school holidays not specified herein shall attach to the weekend extending it to Monday at 7:00 p.m.

According to the school schedule, Monday is included in the days for Spring Break and therefore is specified in the order. So I am thinking that his visitation ends Sunday at 7:00 p.m. per the orderwhat are your thoughts?

Re: Spring Break Question

it seems to me that Spring Break is just that. follow the orders for Spring Break. ignore the Monday holiday order as it probably applies to the normal 3 day holiday weekends like President Day.
