s/s as income

Can Spousal Support paid to the custodial parent normally be attributed as income for the custodial parent for purposes of determining child support? And, can the payor of spousal support reduce their desposable income by the amount of the ordered spousal support for determining child support?

Spousal support and child support are calculated together and are based on gross income of each parent and the amount of time the child is with each parent.

Spousal support , actually paid, is deducted from the payor's income and added to the payee's income.
