Stable home

If I have been taking care of my sister for 7yrs and now that her father has nowhere to live and wants to use her to get section8 and government funds, can he remove her from my house?

He can unless you take immediate action. You should file a petition to be appointed as her guardian. You have an excellent chance of being appointed as the guardian, especially if you act quickly.
