Legal Question in Family Law in California

I am going to start off by saying I no the best advice most of you can give is simply to talk to an attorney. I am going to do that as well. I live in California and me and the mother of my child are not together. We were never married or anything like that. Child support papers have been turned in on my end, but we have have not established any sort of court ordered visitation or custody. As of right now she is the CP and I am the NCP. Our daughter is only a few months old and also has health problems. The mother wants to move out of state because her mom is leaving and she lives with her. I am asking if anyone can help me answer the questions of can she just get up and leave without saying anything and if so how can i prevent it? The old age saying of "you don't have way rights if you don't know your rights" is coming into affect with me. I simply do not no my rights!

You haven't said if you have legally established paternity. Until you do that, you have no rights even if you were to know them. Once you have established paternity, you need to file for visitation. You have a right to visitation once you are legally recognized as the father. Once you have visitation, she can't move out of state without a court order or a written agreement with you.
