where do i start

30 days ago, i lost my belove Mom, I took it quite hard, My very abusive x husband refused to let me see my kids. I tok him to court i called I had court regarding other matter. I lost In the process I was terminated from my job,am now collecting unemployment and very abusive x and new wife wont let me even talk to my kids. I need to know if I can get some help for a flat rate? I can do all the filing and paperwork?Legal Aide said my case was to complex and directed me to expensive attorneys? Is there a attorney that will help me for 1 flat rate?

You took him to court, you didn't show up, and you lost? Or am I misunderstanding something? If it is true you already lost, it is not immediately clear to me what it is you expect a lawyer to do for you.
