If I start a divorce because my wife is cheating and i change my mind and decide to end it but she decides to continue does it still continue or end?

As the individual that filed you can dismiss the petition. You cannot request a dismissal after she filed a response, without her consent. However, even if you dismiss the petition, it will not stop her from proceeding with the divorce. The only result of your dismissing the petition may be that you will be required to pay an additional fee to file a response to her petition.
