Legal Question in Family Law in California

Lets start off like this I left to another city to take care of my sick grandmother and the lady she takes care of as well before i left i was a lazy girl but i go to school online so not that lazy but when i went to my grandmothers i had to change i had to take care of someone like a new mother caring for her child so after a month my grandmother starts getting better and she yelled at me i started to cry and called my mother and she said im coming to visit you there i was so happy so she came up she needed a little vacation you see my little brother is severly bipolar he is 12 and by the way I am 20� anywho she has people coming to observe him to better him she left on Friday and came home on a Sunday I decided to come down with her back home so I could be there for my little brothers birthday on the following Sunday when we get home the house is trash dishes not clean glass everywhere�. Let me take a step back before I continue� my brothers father lives with us he and my mom used to be together but they split up however he became homeless and my brother was on constant worry mode so my mother made a verbal agreement with his father that he had to pay her rent until he got on his feet he never got on his feet and started doing drugs and cops have been called they say my mother has no rights but its her house she owns it shes not married to him she was with him he has slept with other people yet everytime the cops come they say they have a child together and to work it out he has hit and pushed my mother the whole weekend she was gone he kept calling the cops and even got into a fight in the house with my mothers brothers friend who is also her friend ok now that I told you that �� fast forward to the day we came back�. He was calling me names all because I told my little brother to cleaning up he dam room and start help clean up the house my brothers father kept saying what you turned into miss merry maid then he step forward at me and my mom got in between us and he was going to push her so I threw this small cable box thingy which was no bigger then a ipod and as thick as video tape at his face he said he was calling the cops he managed to knock my mom over and then threw the entertainment center down if it wasn�t for me catching it my mother would be dead I called the police on myself and waited for them as well in the mean time I was being called a fat bitch a hoe this and that I didn�t care I was very calm the cop didn�t even listen to my side and the place where he says I hit him was from the fight he had been in and the cop didn�t car he just had a convocation with my brothers dad my mother wants him out of her house how can she do this if they say she has no rights she owns the house she is not with him she is still married to my father�. The cop even said that it didn�t matter if he did drugs�.. he is doing them in her house he invites crackheads here yeah he rents a room not them but the police have told her twice she has no rights he does have a pge bill in his name but that is soon to be transferred out his name and into mine the cop even said if she moves out the house she cant tell him to leave I do not understand can anyone help? Please help my mother has a bad heart and this is added stress because she wants him to leave her home.
