Legal Question in Family Law in California

I started my divorce and then stopped it before getting to court.. of course it didnt work so i would like to start it again but now i have no money. how do i go about this?

It depends on whether you got the first case dismissed, or just cancelled the hearing. If it was dismissed you have to file a new case. If it has not been dismissed, you can just pick up where you left off for the most part. Contact the Family Law Facilitator's Office at your local Family Court division of the Superior Court for help figuring out where you stand and what to do next.
