Legal Question in Family Law in California

I am starting the process of starting divorce papers, my husband already pays almost 800 for one child who just turned 13 i have 3 kids ages 7,6 and 5. would i be able to rcv child support?

The calculation of child support is based on a number of factors. Just because your husband has another child to support does not preclude you from getting support for your children of this marriage. Child support is primarily driven by incomes of the parties and percentage timeshare.
